Store Crew (Associates)

About the Role

We're excited to be part of the 7-Eleven family of stores! Store Crew positions at Speedway are entry level opportunities with both full and part-time possibilities to fit your schedule. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and foodservice tasks for select positions. Customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required. Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service are key traits. Speedway's training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.

Requirements

Successful candidates will demonstrate a desire to meet and exceed customer expectations, commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment, ability to follow food preparation and presentation guidelines, excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of loyalty programs. Candidates should also be able to follow proper health code guidelines, multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
