Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at AAA Heating & Air

As our HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers’ heating and cooling systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will diagnose malfunctions, replace or repair defective parts, and provide preventive maintenance. Our ideal candidate should possess knowledge of all aspects of HVAC systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- HVAC certification
- A minimum of two years of experience in the HVAC industry
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning components, identifying and repairing or replacing defective parts
- Respond to customer service calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate inventory records
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with our customers
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
