The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $700 USDEst.

Job Description
Our Community-Based Services provide one-to-one health care for seniors living throughout the King County territory. Services are customized and provided by professionals when and where you need them most, often in the comfort of your home. It’s all part of our Continuum of Care – and caring – that is never-ending. Kline Galland Home Health is all about our amazing, dedicated team of professionals that together make up this vibrant and growing program. They are part of Kline Galland Center, a non-profit organization with over 100-year history in providing outstanding care for the King County community.

Shift:
Weekend On-call
The weekend Admissions/On-Call RN will support the Home Health operations by performing scheduled admissions and covering on-call needs of current patients. We are looking for a nurse with strong clinical skills to perform comprehensive assessments and develop an individualized plan of care that meets the needs of patients and their families. The nurse will also triage calls from current patients and perform visits as needed to address urgent issues. Care settings include seeing patients in their private residences, adult family homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. Our service area covers King County.
Some responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive patient assessment
- Developing the care plan in collaboration with the patient and their family
- Admission tasks to include: education, coordinating resources, communicating with physicians and other team members, pain and symptom management, and skilled medical interventions
- Expand and develop OASIS knowledge/expertise
- Strong wound and catheter care skills
- Perform on-call responsibilities from 5pm Friday through 8:30 am Monday. (This is the ideal coverage though we will consider alternative schedules as able.)
Minimum Requirements:
- Home Health experience Strongly Preferred
- Active WA Physical therapy license
- OASIS experience
- 1 year experience working as a PT
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable vehicle
- Computer skills for charting and documentation
