As an HVAC Installer, you will play a vital role in our company's success by installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
As an HVAC Installer at Elsass Heating & Cooling, you will be responsible for:
-Installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems including ductwork, control systems, and related equipment.
-Ensuring installations are completed safely and to high standards of quality.
-Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in HVAC systems.
-Performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
-Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with team members and customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
-A strong work ethic and commitment to bringing your best each day.
-Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
-The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ongoing commitment to learning and keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
We are looking for candidates who have:
-At least 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
-A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
-Ability to lift and move heavy equipment up to 50 lbs.
