Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Fairhope Health & Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Your main duties will include:

• Administering medications and monitoring vital signs
• Assessing and documenting patient condition and progress
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Benefits

At Fairhope Health & Rehab, we offer a competitive compensation package for the Registered Nurse (RN) position. In addition to a pay rate of $40 per hour, you will also receive a shift differential. Please note that this position does not include traditional benefits.
