Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
We are a leading provider of indoor comfort control services in the Methow Valley, Lake Chelan Valley, and Okanogan Valley areas. Our team at Casa Mechanical Service is committed to delivering the finest quality services and products to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Round Rock, Texas.
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including both residential and commercial HVAC units. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various types of systems to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and regular maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems on a range of systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, providing top-notch customer service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and techniques within the HVAC industry through ongoing training and development.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Great customer service skills, with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of people.
• Proficient in the use of HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with refrigeration systems is a plus.
