Marquis Companies is a growing and dynamic healthcare organization that has been in business since 1989. We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing Services (RN) to join our outstanding team at Marquis Forest Grove Post-Acute Rehab in Forest Grove, OR.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of our Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Ensure the highest level of quality care by utilizing your nursing and leadership experience
• Receive thorough training on Marquis Clinical Systems and hands-on training with our experienced DNS’s
• Have an extensive support system with our Clinical Consultant Team of Nurses and other professionals

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license from the appropriate State
• Experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and/or Resident Care Manager in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Rehab facility is required
• At least 4-5 years of working experience as an RN in Long-Term Care
• High level of energy and desire to lead a team of professionals
• Positive attitude, resident-focused, and excellent track record of quality, regulatory compliance, and longevity with a company
