HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at our Richmond, Kentucky location. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers' heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC units and complete system replacements
- Make recommendations to customers regarding upgrades, repairs, and replacements
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of HVAC industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Completion of HVAC technical school or apprenticeship program
- Valid HVAC technician license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills and customer-focused attitude
