We are looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Setpoint Refrigeration LLC. Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems and related components, including chillers, compressors, air handlers, and ductwork, according to specifications and manufacturer's instructions
- Inspect and test installed HVAC systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in HVAC systems, and repair or replace defective components
- Ensure completion of all required paperwork, including work orders, timesheets, and project paperwork
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on all job sites
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to HVAC installation best practices and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with demonstrated knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components
- Certification from an accredited trade school or equivalent work experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
