Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Fire & Ice Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to provide exceptional service to our clients in Columbus, Ohio. As an important member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems in a timely and efficient manner, as well as providing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with our team and clients to quickly and accurately diagnose HVAC system issues.
- Providing expert repairs and replacement of HVAC components and systems.
- Ensuring proper installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Communicating effectively with clients to provide exceptional service and support.
- Keeping detailed records on all work performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working with a variety of HVAC systems and technologies.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification from an HVAC technical school or a relevant degree is a plus.
