Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients' HVAC systems are functioning efficiently and reliably. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant HVAC certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC systems including installation, repair, and maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
