Who we are looking for State Street is looking for Transact Developer for a critical module as part of Payment & Cash program. Employee in this role is expected to work with developers in the team to perform SDLC. One should know the CI/CD process very well for Developing, Packaging and Deploying modules to various infrastructure environments. What you will be responsible for As Team Lead you will Have 3 years of experience of SDLC Have the ability to translate requirements and ideas into proper functional and technical design documents Use your courage to take action in difficult and challenging situations and deal with uncertainty Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as the job demands What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Experience in Unix/Linux/Windows Server Experience with JBOSS/WebSphere AppServer or similar application servers Knowledge of the following high-level programming languages: C# or Java, Shell/Perl/Python, SQL Demonstrate your excellent algorithmic skills and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently on tasks Be analytical and overly detailed oriented when dealing with technical support issues and IT projects Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Inherently demonstrate a high level of integrity and be trustworthy Be more than approachable with your superior interpersonal skills Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelors / Masters with computer science or related field 3 years of experience Additional requirements Good to have experience in development of Temenos Transact(T24)/Core Banking for financial and banking institutions Good to have Experience with Temenos Transact(T24) software design and software engineering practices, including the following Transact modules: System Core tables, Funds Transfer, Lending, Deposits Have prior exposure to working with Transact(T24) Interfaces Demonstrate your skills in Transact(T24) template programming and Transact(T24) customization (VERSION, ENQUIRY, online services, Batch set-up) Why this role is important to us Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.
