Surface Mount Operator

Our client, a leading electronics manufacturing company, is seeking a Surface Mount Operator to join their team. As a Surface Mount Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the SMT team. The ideal candidate will have fine manual dexterity, ability to operate various machines and hand tools, and high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Surface Mount Operator Location: Lititz, PA Pay Range: Competitive What's the Job? Prepares circuit boards to run through automated equipment. Operates various equipment on SMT line – Stencil Printer, Stencil Cleaner, Pick and Place, Reflow Oven, AquaStorm Cleaner. Assists with setup and maintenance of SMT machinery. Cleans SMT machinery. Follows work instructions and enters data. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent Previous automated machinery experience preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment Associate’s degree from tech school preferred Obtains and maintains basic certifications in IPC610 and JStandard001 procedures Advanced computer skills required What's in it for me?
