Job Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with daily activities, such as bathing and dressing
• Educating patients and their families on healthcare procedures and conditions
• Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in a nursing role
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassion and empathy towards residents
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
