HVAC Service Technician

As a HVAC Service Technician with Nilson Heating and Air Conditioning, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service and maintenance of HVAC systems for our clients.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced technician to join our team in New Ulm, Minnesota. You will work with a team of professionals in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems such as air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems.
- Conduct diagnostic testing on HVAC systems and identify the causes of any problems.
- Develop solutions to repair and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Install new HVAC systems when necessary.
- Provide high-quality customer service and communication to clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Keep detailed notes on work completed and recommend future repairs/maintenance.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical training or certification in HVAC or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
