PRO TEMP AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING SVCS is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. As a family-owned business in Hutto, TX, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality plumbing, heating, and cooling services. Since opening in April 2021, we have been committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients.
As our HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will provide customers with cost-effective solutions and deliver top-notch service that meets our company's standards. We are looking for a reliable and experienced HVAC technician who is passionate about their work and can work well independently or in a team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- EPA Certification - Universal.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Diagnose problems and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Communicate with customers to educate them on their HVAC system, provide pricing, and offer options.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to analyze and diagnose HVAC system issues.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on new HVAC technology.
