Weather Engineers is a reputable HVAC company located in Melbourne, Florida that has been serving the community since 1963. We are currently in search of an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and replacing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings. You will work closely with our team of technicians and project managers to ensure that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, repair, and replace HVAC systems
-Perform electrical and mechanical work as needed
-Test systems to ensure proper functionality
-Interpret blueprints and other technical documentation
-Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
-3+ years of HVAC installation experience
-High school diploma or GED
-Must possess a valid driver's license
-Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed
-Punctuality and attention to detail
-Strong problem-solving skills
