As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. At Lucas Mechanical, we place a high value on customer satisfaction, so it will also be your responsibility to interact with the customers in a positive and professional manner, providing them with exceptional service that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment
- Install new HVAC systems for clients
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
- Interact with customers in a positive and professional way
- Provide timely and accurate service documentation
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC training program
- Applicable HVAC certifications and licenses
- Minimum of two years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Solid understanding of HVAC repair and maintenance techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
