As a Restorative Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:

- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Implementing exercises and therapy programs as directed by the rehabilitation team

- Assisting with transfers and mobility

- Monitoring and documenting residents' progress and reporting any changes to the nursing staff

- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents

- Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Requirements:

- Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification

- Previous experience working in a healthcare or long-term care setting

- Knowledge of restorative care procedures and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and observation skills

- Compassionate and patient demeanor
