Job Description: HVAC Installer
Glassman Corp Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Hays, Kansas. As the HVAC Installer, you will work closely with our team of professionals to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems according to specifications and standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Recommends upgrades to improve system performance and energy efficiency
- Ensures that all installations are completed in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered and complete all necessary training as needed
- Keep accurate records of all installations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented
- Must be able to regularly lift and move heavy equipment
