Position: Dietary Aide - Weekly Pay!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Dietary Aide. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals that meet their dietary requirements. As a Dietary Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents through your work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines and restrictions

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure meals are prepared and served on time

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety

• Assist in dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and ensure their dietary needs are met

• Communicate any concerns or issues in a timely manner to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
