Job Description

The Quadrangle is currently seeking a Scheduler to join their team in Haverford, PA. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in the hiring and training process of new and existing employees. You will also be responsible for developing work schedules, allocating employees to different duties and shifts, and preparing reports related to employee operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the hiring and training process of new and existing employees
Develop work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and shifts
Prepare and submit reports related to employee operations
Handle leave requests from employees and manage work time-keeping
Work with the payroll unit to ensure appropriate employee settlement
Collaborate with recruiting agencies to fill any existing vacancies

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

High School Degree / GED required
Previous experience in long term care and health information systems preferred
Desire to work with the geriatric population
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and long term care/state regulations
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office

Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
