Job Description: HVAC Installer
Climate Control Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team in Lebanon, Ohio. As a leading provider of HVAC services in the area, we are seeking someone with the expertise and drive to help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers. You will be expected to work collaboratively with team members, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, furnaces, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service
- Document all work completed and maintain accurate records of parts and supplies used
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support the needs of the company
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience installing and repairing HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
