Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Carolina Comfort Air (Kinston), a company committed to providing quality products, dependable service, and NATE certified technicians, is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, installation and repair services on a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who can troubleshoot and solve complex HVAC issues quickly and efficiently.
In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a team, and interact directly with customers in a professional and courteous manner, answering their questions and addressing their concerns. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of HVAC equipment and systems, able to read schematics and blueprints, and have the skills to diagnose problems and complete repairs in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you should have a current HVAC technician license, be NATE certified, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. You should also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
