Job Description

ABCM Corporation - Lake Mills Care Center and Mills Harbour Independent & Assisted Living is currently seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for providing safe and sanitary food preparation and service practices, as well as performing various dietary tasks to ensure resident and tenant satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a shift from 4pm to 8pm.

Responsibilities:

• Follow safe and sanitary food preparation and service practices
• Set up the dining room for mealtimes
• Deliver meals to residents and/or tenants
• Perform dishwashing duties
• Provide restaurant-style service to residents and/or tenants

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Previous food service experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical and religious accommodations can be made)

Additional Information:

• Shift: 4pm - 8pm, approximately 20 hours per week
• Base Wage: $15.50 per hour, negotiable based on experience
• Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15 per year, up to ten years
• 2nd / Evening Shift Differential: $0.50 per hour
• Weekend Differential: $1.00 per hour
