Job Description: HVAC Installer
Absolute Heat & Air is a well-established HVAC company that provides top-quality service to our residential and commercial clients in Gainesville, Texas. We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team and help us continue to provide excellent service to our customers.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork in residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with our team of technicians and project managers to ensure that each installation project meets or exceeds industry standards and follows all local building codes.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, etc.) in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Follow all safety and building code requirements
- Coordinate with project managers and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system problems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Certification or license from a recognized institution preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
