Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example in delivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
- Driving sales through product knowledge and effective sales techniques
- Training and coaching sales associates to maximize their potential and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Assisting with inventory management and merchandising to maintain an appealing store environment
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in retail sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of footwear and foot health is a plus
