Title: HVAC Installer
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team at T N Bowes Heating & Air Conditioning in Leonardtown, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems
- Install and connect thermostats, ductwork, and electrical wiring
- Ensure proper sizing and fit of equipment for job site
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients throughout the installation process
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- Experience with ductwork and electrical work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
