Level 2 Service Desk Repair Technician

We have an outstanding Contract position for aLevel 2 Service Desk Repair Technicianto join a leading Company located in theWhittier, CAsurrounding area. Pay Rate: $31.50 This position is responsible for providing repairs to equipment and documentation on tickets for work performed. Responsibilities : Examine Customer's equipment to identify and resolve hardware issues Document and report resolution for issues on equipment repaired/serviced Report part and materials usage Responsibilities may require working evenings and weekends with little advanced notice Basic Hiring Criteria : Minimum 1 year of Computer Hardware Support/Repair experience is required A+ Certification/Computer Repair related education/training Desired Qualifications : Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and analytical skills Working knowledge of MS operating systems and applications Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment Proactive worker Ability to work under pressure Cherwell Experience Associates degree preferred Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
