HVAC Installer

Casa Mechanical Service is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Round Rock Texas. As a HVAC Installer, you will be accountable for installing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a timely and efficient manner to maintain and improve our customers' indoor comfort.

As a member of our team, we provide you with various opportunities to learn and grow your career in the industry. You will work closely with our experienced technicians and project managers to complete various HVAC installations and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC equipment including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Conduct system performance tests and optimize performance as needed.
- Understand and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to complete installations and repairs.
- Order and maintain the inventory of tools, materials, and equipment required for installations.
- Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their questions and concerns.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Completion of technical or vocational training in HVAC or relevant field.
- Valid and active HVAC Installer license.
- Basic understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and codes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under deadlines.
- Physically capable to lift and move heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
