Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients
- Perform repairs on HVAC equipment and systems
- Install new HVAC equipment and systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including time, materials used, and work performed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service
- Valid driver's license
- EPA certification
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their functions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
