Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $3,850 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 6 months

To join this team please have the following requirements:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license or meet the licensure requirements of Massachusetts.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
  • Must be able to manage budgets, plan, organize, manage and direct the facility while maintaining company-wide policies per state requirements.
  • Prior experience required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration or a health-related field, required.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in a managerial or administrator capacity in a hospital or nursing center.
  • Thorough knowledge of COBRA regulations, the survey process, survey tag numbers, and quality measures.
  • Knowledgeable of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing center administration.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.
  • Must be thoroughly familiar with laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration.
  • Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent vaccine or medical exemption).
