JOB REQUIREMENTS: The VP of Marketing Analytics & Strategy will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies and campaigns for our credit union, leveraging data, technology, best practices and a marketing automation solution to drive member acquisition, engagement, loyalty and growth. Specific responsibilities include oversight of digital marketing, market research, segmentation and analysis of marketing effectiveness; product development and strategy to ensure profitability and competitiveness; identifying new opportunities including those in emerging technology; and providing actionable insights that can be used to support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in product marketing, data analysis and marketing automation strategies. The primary responsibilities of the VP of Marketing Analytics & Strategy role include but are not limited to: Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values Hiring, monitoring and supporting development for the marketing team, providing daily performance and growth and development coaching to team members Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to acquire new members, increase member engagement and promote product offerings. Campaigns include, but not limited to, digital marketing, emails, SMS/text, online banking ads/messages, direct mail, surveys, digital ads, microsites and landing pages. Manage the credit union\'s marketing automation solution, including campaign setup, audience segmentation and performance tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs. Analyze campaign performance metrics and member data to identify actionable insights, optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Lead the development of personalized messaging and content for targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, positioning and compliance standards. Oversee market and competitive research in the areas of marketing and product development to ensure profitability and competitiveness. Stay current on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in product marketing, data analysis and marketing automation. Provide leadership and guidance to marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability. Partner with BI, IT, digital services and other departments to ensure the successful integration and utilization of marketing automation and technology platforms. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies and partners to support marketing initiatives and campaigns. Act as a subject matter expert on product marketing, data analysis and marketing automation within the organization, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Aid in the development of the annual marketing plan and measurable data driven strategies, timelines, tactics, key performance indicators and the resources necessary to achieve organization goals. Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates for the VP of Marketing Analytics & Strategy position should possess: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, related field, or comparable work experience in business to consumer marketing or financial services marketing Eight or more years of product marketing experience Prior leadership/management experience with the ability to foster teamwork and develop and mentor a team Strong expertise and understanding of marketing automation solutions, data analysis tools and techniques, data visualization, segmentation and predictive analytics Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and conversion rates Experience with CRM systems and their integration with marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics Familiarity with the marketing technology landscape, including emerging trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning and personalization Ability to drive strategic direction Ability to work with complex data and translate it into overarching strategies Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing automation workflows, integrations and data synchronization Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo or similar tools; and in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Understanding of API integrations and web services for connecting marketing automation plat ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: www.foxcu.org
