Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by performing HVAC diagnostic tests, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, and ensuring that the systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and diagnose problems
- Identify and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and communicate solutions to the client
- Install, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Perform warranty services for clients as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times by maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status, timelines, and any additional needs or issues that arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or relevant degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
