Adecco is assisting their client with their search for a Jr Data Analyst. Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract Start Date: 1-2 weeks. Location: FRAMINGHAM MA 01701 Pay: $40.00- $45.00 (based on experience) Duration: Temp (3months -can extend) Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Description: · Partners with various business partners to source data from various data sets · Identifies new reporting opportunities & creates reports based on business need · Designs reports and data bases · Training for end users on reporting · Documents process flow of reporting · Demonstrates a keen understanding of data; identifies and translates the connections and core issues to operational and financial controls. · Special projects and other duties as assigned · Supports ad-hoc reporting as needed · Work closely with the business to improve the data collection and quality Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree Required (Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.) · 3-5 years of professional experience · Intermediate to advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel experience · Advanced Analytical skills · Off-price model understanding · Good understanding of data warehousing and data lake architecture Experience working with large datasets to extract, manipulate and analyze performance using business intelligence tools IMPORTANT: This job is being recruited for by Adecco’s National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
