Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial environments. Your duties will include:
- Providing high-quality service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our work
- Conducting HVAC system diagnostics and troubleshooting issues
- Providing written reports and recommendations for repairs or maintenance
- Repairing or replacing defective components and parts as necessary
- Testing and adjusting system components to ensure optimal performance
- Conducting routine maintenance and cleaning of HVAC systems
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Ensuring a clean and safe work area at all times
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Is knowledgeable about various types of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration
- Has excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Can diagnose and troubleshoot common HVAC issues efficiently
- Has strong communication skills and can explain technical issues to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Prioritizes safety and follows company and industry regulations and guidelines
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Is comfortable working in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties
- Holds relevant certifications, such as EPA certification, is a plus
