Warsaw Meadows Care Center is currently seeking a Medical Records Clerk to join our skilled nursing facility in Warsaw, IN.


The primary purpose of the Medical Records Clerk is to maintain the security, confidentiality, completeness, and accuracy of the medical records in accordance with the center's policies and procedures and under its guidelines.


Available Shifts

Part-Time (30 hours per week).


Rate

$17 - $18 per hour


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent computer skills required for the medical records clerk position
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required
