Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at Santa Clarita Custom Air
We are looking for an experienced and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Santa Clarita Custom Air. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work on both residential and commercial properties, providing high-quality service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating parts
- Install new HVAC equipment and systems
- Complete paperwork and documentation for each job including work orders, timesheets, and invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC training program or apprenticeship
- Relevant HVAC certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
