Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $4,600 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 3 months

What’s the role?
On a day-to-day basis, Packaging Operators are involved with the following activities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate packaging machinery and material movement equipment
  • Identify and implement equipment improvements to increase plant reliability. Communicate verbally in writing to operators, employees, supervisors, and others regarding the identification of problems with productivity
  • Perform tool preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean
  • Contribute to keeping process materials records and maintain good housekeeping practices
  • Keep log records of operational activities for optimal and thorough handover to other shifts
  • Understand and perform physical inventories
  • Safe work attitude

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience working with high speed/ high volume material handling experience
  • Forklift and physical inventory count experience preferred
  • 1 year experience working in a packaging plant or experience in an industrial plant or military environment
  • Willing to work in compact and confined spaces with or without accommodation
  • Must be able to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a visa

HOURS, WAGES and SHIFT: Typical shift scheduled Monday through Friday - 8 Hours per shift. Daily and Weekend overtime may be required. Selected employee(s) will be expected to rotate between shifts. Wages dependent upon employee classification
