Job Description: HVAC Installer at N. E. Bob Waltz Plumbing & Heating
At N. E. Bob Waltz Plumbing & Heating, we are in search of a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for our clients across Frederick, Maryland.
As an HVAC Installer, you will work closely with our clients to assess their installation needs and provide them with expert advice on the best systems and solutions for their residential or commercial properties. Working independently or as part of a team, you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems of all types, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and ductwork.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site assessments to determine clients' HVAC needs
- Providing clients with advice on the best HVAC systems and solutions
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
- Diagnosing malfunctions and performing repairs with precision and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and inventory
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC apprenticeship or trade school is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HVAC Installer
- Knowledge of HVAC installation and repair techniques, tools, and equipment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
