We are looking for candidates to service commercial buildings for their maintenance needs. City Wide associates join an aggressive, highly productive team with a 50-year legacy of achievement. You will be responsible for the well-being of up to 60 commercial buildings in the greater Salt Lake City area. You will bring a deep understanding of our business to each contact, maintain existing janitorial services relationships, and identify opportunities for additional building maintenance services. Successful candidates will be politely persistent with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaborate with Sales Executives and contractor partners to drive strategies.

Your week consists of making scheduled field visits to existing clients, managing our independent contractor partner relationships, quoting, and closing additional work your client base requests. There will be occasional weekend day and weekday evening visits required and based on customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as focal point of contact with clients and perform inspections on all accounts on a scheduled basis to ensure work performed satisfies company and client quality standards
• Retain, manage, expand, and diversify client relationships by promoting additional services
• Train/develop your Night Manager(s) on how to work with employees, service providers, and crew members to meet/exceed client expectations
• Manage the relationship between City Wide and its contractor partners

Requirements:

• Provides excellent customer service and builds strong client relationships

• Brings previous service industry experience
• 3+ years of outside operations, sales, or customer service experience
• Previous management experience
• Microsoft Office and CRM system proficiency
• Undergraduate degree (business or related field) is preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
