Job Description: HVAC Service Technician - Buckeye Horizon

As a HVAC Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper functioning and efficiency of our clients' HVAC systems, keeping them comfortable year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and determine the appropriate solutions.
- Install, repair, or replace defective parts and components, such as motors, compressors, thermostats, and filters.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific comfort requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Conduct regular system performance evaluations to optimize energy efficiency and minimize breakdowns.
- Keep accurate records of service performed, parts used, and all other relevant details required for documentation and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies to enhance your technical expertise.
- Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for both our team and clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC trade school or apprenticeship is highly desirable.
- Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
- Proven experience servicing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to swiftly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
