Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Rigby Plumbing & Heating is a growing company providing top-quality HVAC services in Grace, Idaho. Our team is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our growing customer base.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that systems are working optimally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure they are running efficiently
- Install new HVAC systems in accordance with client specifications
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and maintenance tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their needs are met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Must be comfortable working in a variety of settings
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
