Job Description
As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) at Englewood Health Care Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Working Monday to Friday on a full-time basis, you will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals in our outpatient clinic, providing patient assessments, planning and implementing care, and evaluating patient outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting patient assessments to identify health needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administering medications, treatments, and immunizations as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and documenting observations in medical records.
- Assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals during clinic procedures.
- Educating patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote continuity of care.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State].
- Minimum [X] years of experience as an RN in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient assessment, and care planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and medical documentation.
- Current CPR certification.
