Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at Fresh Air Concepts

As the HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installations, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps. You will work closely with our customers to diagnose and resolve issues, as well as provide preventative maintenance recommendations.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components, as well as experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving. You should also possess excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC certification is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
