Bilingual Production Supervisor

Location: Jessup, MD

Native Floral is a leading manufacturer and distributor of fresh cut flower bouquets across the United States. Our mission is to provide our customers with the highest level of quality and service. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Production Supervisor who will be responsible for supporting all operations within the production process including: supervising and training production staff, quality control of perishable and hard goods, maintaining inventory and reducing shrink, and analyzing inefficiencies.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversee production line employees and clearly communicate our goals and assure those goals are met.
• Monitor and manage production plan to keep on schedule.
• Communicate department needs in: personnel, equipment, inventory, and work space.
• Assist in managing inventory shrink, perform cycle counts. Identify contributors to shrink and how to eliminate them.
• Maintain all company safety policies and procedures.

Experience/Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in a management/supervisory role; prior experience working in a production warehouse environment preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Planning, staffing, supervision, organization.
• Inventory control.
• Knowledge of perishable products preferred.
• Excellent customer service focus, including the ability to handle and manage competing priorities.
• Must be extremely organized and accurate, and have meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency.
• Strong verbal, written, and multi-tasking skills without compromise to quality or productivity.
• Strong computer skills and intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook).

From $55,000.00 per year

Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
