RNAC/LPNAC - $15,000 Sign-on
Corner View Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently hiring for the position of RNAC/LPNAC. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year. As a bonus, a $15,000 sign-on bonus will be paid out incrementally over a twelve-month period, amounting to an extra $576.92 in every pay.
At Corner View Nursing and Rehabilitation, our mission is to provide compassionate and quality care while meeting the physical, social, and emotional needs of our residents. We are seeking an RNAC/LPNAC who will be responsible for completing timely assessments for MDS (Minimum Data Set) and ensuring compliance with regulation requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete timely assessment of every resident upon admission
- Evaluate each resident's condition and provide care appropriately
- Maintain tracking of MDS and ensure all parts are completed appropriately
- Complete documentation on residents and changes in condition
- Understand PDPM billing
- Communicate with residents, family members, staff, and management team
- Ensure that care provided is in accordance with the resident and family wishes
