Project Coordinator

Description We are in search of a Project Coordinator, located in Troy, Michigan. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The role focuses on ITSM, coordinating meetings, and managing and coordinating project schedules/deliverables Responsibilities: • Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings to ensure smooth project progression • Utilize ITSM and FreshService knowledge to aid in project coordination • Monitor project timelines and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion • Work closely with project teams to understand and manage project expectations • Ensure accurate record-keeping for all project-related activities • Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and issues • Collaborate with different stakeholders to facilitate project coordination • Assist in the development of project strategies to ensure objectives are met • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project status and provide updates as necessary • Manage and resolve any project-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Requirements • Must have proven experience working as a Project Coordinator • Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) is required • Must demonstrate strong ability to manage delivery schedules effectively and efficiently • Must have excellent skills in coordinating and scheduling meetings • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills • Must have good problem-solving abilities and be capable of making quick decisions under pressure • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of project management software and tools will be an added advantage • Must be able to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders to ensure project success Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
