Job Description

Pruitthealth - Blue Ridge is currently seeking a Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments and services for our patients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all scheduling activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

As a Scheduler, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients
• Communicating with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate scheduling of services
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date scheduling records
• Monitoring and managing the scheduling system to avoid conflicts or double bookings
• Resolving any scheduling issues or conflicts that may arise
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in scheduling or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
