Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Medical Social Services Director to lead our social services department at Regency Care of Arlington in Arlington, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing guest concerns, planning, organizing, developing, and overseeing the facility's Social Service department according to federal, state, and local guidelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with residents and staff members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Social Work; LCSW preferred but not required
Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab center as a social worker or director
Tech-savvy with solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office products & EMR
